Pneumatic High Pressure Test System
With an air-driven high-pressure test systems, hydrostatic testing can be carried out in a safe and controlled manner. A hydrostatic test is performed using a liquid, typically water or oil, to test vessels, pipes, cylinders, bottles, or similar components. Pressure is gradually increased until the specified test pressure is reached. This method allows the detection of leaks, manufacturing defects, material fatigue, corrosion, and burst pressure limits.
Standard high-pressure test units are available for pressures up to 4,480 bar (65,000 psi). The systems are built on a stainless steel (inox) frame and equipped with an air-driven liquid pump.
They are mainly composed of stainless steel components, ensuring high reliability, durability, and a long service life.
Hydraulic test hoses can be made on demand.
