The ELIPA endless electric winch is designed for continuous lifting operations with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. While this capacity may appear modest, the hoist excels in precision and control, enabling accurate lifting of loads up to 150 kg over standard distances of 25 to 50 metres. High-quality lifting rope

The lifting motion is achieved using a premium-grade rope manufactured from high-tensile fibres with a flexible core. This construction allows optimal performance in the trapezoidal sheave. During operation, the rope warms slightly, which improves grip. The outer sheath is equipped with a colour wear indicator. Once this indicator disappears, the rope must be replaced. In practice, the rope is capable of withstanding up to approximately 1,000 lifts at full load before replacement is required. When the blue fibre becomes visible, the lifting rope must be renewed.

Advantages of rope compared to wire rope

Unlike traditional wire rope hoists, the rope design keeps the hoist’s own weight extremely low. This results in easier handling and improved usability. In combination with a deflection or bypass unit, the lifting capacity can be increased temporarily from 150 kg to 300 kg, allowing greater flexibility for occasional heavier lifts.

Ergonomic and lightweight design

With a total weight of only 14 kg, including 25 metres of rope, the hoist is easy to handle and significantly improves ergonomics during use. For specific applications, versions with lifting heights of up to 100 metres are also available.

Optional radio control

An optional radio control allows the load to be operated with one hand from any position, provided the movement remains clearly visible. This enhances flexibility, improves working posture, and increases overall safety.
