Electric chain hoists are robust lifting devices used to lift and move heavy loads in industrial and construction environments. Powered by electricity, they are engineered to deliver safe, efficient, and precise lifting performance, even under demanding load conditions. This makes them particularly suitable for applications where accuracy, reliability, and lifting capacity are critical.
Electric chain hoists are available in several configurations, depending on the power supply. Some models operate on standard mains power, while others are designed for 400-volt connections. For industrial use, 400-volt hoists are recommended, as they offer a higher duty cycle and balanced power distribution across three phases. This results in improved performance, reduced wear, and a significantly longer service life.
When a three-phase power supply is not available, a single-phase electric chain hoist connected to the mains provides a practical alternative. These hoists are well suited for occasional or intermittent use, such as installation, construction, or assembly work involving short lifting cycles. For continuous or intensive operations, such as production lines or frequent load handling, a three-phase hoist remains the preferred solution. Single-phase hoists have a lower duty cycle and are generally not intended for prolonged operation, unless equipped with forced cooling to extend their working capacity.
Electric chain hoists are recognized for their quality and operational reliability. Manufactured under strict SGS and B2B quality control processes, these three-phase hoists comply with all applicable standards. Each unit is thoroughly tested in our production and customization facilities to ensure consistent performance under normal operating conditions. This rigorous testing provides confidence in the equipment and ensures that customers receive lifting solutions of the highest quality.
