DEE Closure Bolt and Nut

DEE closure with a bolt and nut are primarily intended for permanent lifting installations and load-bearing connections. Our DEE closures are manufactured from high-quality, hot-dip galvanized steel that offers excellent resistance to ageing and corrosion. The bolt and nut are marked with a distinctive colour for easy identification and visual inspection.

A DEE closure offers the advantage of a narrower body profile, making it particularly suitable where installation space is limited. Our range includes DEE closures in two versions: with a chest bolt or with a bolt and nut. For permanent applications, a chest bolt must never be used. In installations such as manholes or fixed lifting points, a lockable DEE or bow shackle must always be applied, consisting of a shackle body with bolt, nut, and split pin to prevent unintentional loosening.
